Patcheeno, my first show dog is better known as, “The Licking Monster” by the children in my neighborhood. He absolutely lives for kisses. Patcheeno is the first of his line to be UKC registered. He earned his UKC Champion title quickly, and has great ring presence. He is also an ARBA Master CH having achieved Multiple Best of Breed and Group One wins. NEWS FLASH: Summer of 2004 in UKC competition, Patcheeno took 2 Reserve Ch of Ch, 3 Champion of Champions wins, plus a Best of Breed and Group 4 placement. Special thanks to honorable judges, Ann Hearn, Eleanor Main, Maurice Baughn, and Anna Baughn. Way to go Patcheeno! He needs 2 more wins to get his UKC GRCH. His adorable face and comical personality are always a crowd pleaser. His face has even been put on a t-shirt to represent his breed. ***Click here to see the Shirt*** Patcheeno is a therapy dog. He holds a certificate from Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs. He loves to work with children and also visits the oncology ward at a local hospital. It is great watching him but smiles on everyone’s face. Patcheeno is also the main character in a children’s book I wrote which has been used in my school district to help teach students about bullying. Hopefully, it will be published and give the APBT a more positive image while helping in the fight against BSL. Patcheeno loves to play with, lazar penlights, Zap Balls, and enjoys eating an occasional slice of pizza. He is my constant shadow and companion.
